Power Flow is an intense, focused strength and movement practice. Dynamic, sweaty, and mentally engaging, it’s designed to wake you up when you need energy—or reset you when you need to unwind. This is not about passive stretching. It’s about switching on strength, breath, and attention so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and physically worked.
Aidan has been teaching since 2021 and works with a hybrid approach inspired by yoga, pilates, calisthenics, and kundalini. Classes blend flowing strength, core stability, breathwork, and nervous-system activation, followed by deliberate release. The result is athletic and purposeful—functional movement rather than performance or posturing.
Your efforts are rewarded with a long, restorative śavāsana at the end to fully integrate the practice. ;)
You’ll also learn how a small number of effective movements can be combined into a simple 5-minute routine you can use in the morning, the evening, or whenever time is tight.
At the heart of Aidan’s teaching is an integrated system of the physical, mental and energetic: building strength, focus, and a steady grounding that carries well beyond the mat.
As a co-founder of Body & Soul Adventures - an international yoga and wellness retreat project - I have worked with several thousand participants.
